Delivery is worldwide

Shipping costs (including VAT) will be added to the price of the product.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Netherlands) within 1-5 days, for deliveries outside of Netherlands within 5-14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). For shipments outside the EU, delivery times may vary significantly.

The shipment is carried out by DHL, DPD, Post NL

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Express shipping (only in Netherlands, but in other countries on request) is sent only from Mon-Fri. The goods will be shipped on the day following the order. All orders on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped again on Monday (except holidays).

Duties and Taxes
within the EU you will not be charged for customs. Please note that for international shipments outside the European Union, there my be duties and taxes that could be levied when your order reached your destination country. Please note that you will be responsible to pay for any extra charges arising. For more info please contact your local customs office
